Locust Mountain Boys, are a Progressive Bluegrass band located in the mountains of Craig County Virginia. Jesse Carper is the fifth generation musician from his family. He and his Father Steve Carper Jr. work well together in their musical accomplishments, and they are talented Musicians. Jerry Wood also has family roots in Bluegrass and is a notable Fiddler in the music community. Jeff Downey is a talented guitarist who has played Bluegrass Gospel since a child, in his Church. Stephen Young, on Bass also is from a Bluegrass family where his Father and all three brothers were musicians. Locust Mountain Boys are crowd favorites playing and singing their own brand of good-ole Mountain Music. "Come See Us!"
